Any ‘free’ space allocated by Advertising Media Group Companies or Consortium to the Agency shall be allocated to the Client (at a daypart/quality mix consistent with the average mix). Any additional ‘free’ space delivered on any Advertising Media Group Companies or Consortium may not be balanced by under-delivery on another media vendor. In the event that the Client receives less than the fair proportion of ‘free’ space, payment in cash will be made to the Client by the Agency equivalent to the Gross ratecard value of the space (before deduction of any Client or Agency discounts).
